I absolutely love this place. I'm returning later in the year and when I told members of the staff this they were so happy. I stayed here for 13 days and never found any fault. The staff are absolutely the best. English can be an issue sometimes but I loved having to use charades and sign language to express myself. Molly on reception and Nuana (I think her name was) for breakfast and Moo and Lek, the management I thank you all for allowing me to stay at your wonderful home. I moved here because I wanted to play golf as there is a golf course alongside. And if you want to go to the mall or elsewhere there is a driver available for 200 baht.

The staff was so willing to do anything to accommodate us, we had some problems with wifi and didn't like our view and they changed it for us right away and then when we didn't like that, they let us change back 🤣. They were so warm and welcoming and I was very impressed with the facilities and beautiful views

The room is standard, nothing special. The location is a little bit far from town, but no problem for us since we rented a car. A big plus is its proximity to the Charming Chiang Mai Flower Parade and Fountain Show, just a 15 minute walk away.

It nestled on a Lake, away from the Hustle Bustle of Chiang Mai. You need a Car/Scooter to get around else very Tranquil.

When you are looking for a good room it is a perfect hotel. Quiet but not close to town. We did not mind because we were on our way to the South. We booked via "grab" a taxi to downtown.
